We set this space with the intention of exploring and honouring an experience you need to integrate. This can range from birth stories, relationship shifts, challenging situations or other life changes. 

What did you let go of and lose?  What did you learn or gain? What do you feel now?

The person centred and integrative healing approach is a framework for meeting you in your life world, working with your individual unique self. We will work together to create personal practices that can support your everyday life. Your experiences and interests will differ the healing methods which resonate with you, i.e. conversation, bodywork or art.

CEREMONY

We can find a way to honour what feels important to you, creating your own personalised ritual. This is about clarifying the stories, shifting perspectives and making meaning of experiences. For example:

  • Organising friends to witness you emerge from a creek in your own timing to  honour the vaginal birth you never had from being a caesarean.  

  • Creating a flower altar on the earth to honour the fragility and changing nature of your relationship with your partner. 

  • Making a special bath filled with flowers, herbs and salt to bless the weaning process with your and your child. 

  • Tending to a fire, to burn an artwork to let go of the attachment to an old thought.
